Here’s a little more information – some of the most common queries my clients have. If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to ask me personally!

I offer website design and development services to build you a new, strategic website, or to improve your existing website. I also offer Website Care Plans to insure the continued success and relevance of your website.

If your customer base is local, you will benefit from Review Management services that ask your happy customers to leave you a review to increase your visibility on Google and Apple Maps (as well as other map searches).

I will be working with you to create clarity on your website messaging and audience before designing and building your website. You will work directly with me, Alison. I occasionally hire highly-trusted experts to assist me.

The time frame for your project will be clearly defined in your proposal and contract. In order to give the best service, I only work on a couple of big website builds at a time. This means you have my full attention and your project is always fresh in my mind. It also means that your website will be finished on time!

Most websites are completed in 6-8 weeks. If you are in a hurry, ask about my Dev Rescue Day or Express Website Revamp. If you are willing and available to make decisions, we can launch a good-looking 1-4 page website in as little as 3 days.

We all wish that building a website was as simple as hiring a web developer and waiting until they deliver a completed website – like the goddess Athena, who sprung full-grown from her father Zeus’s head!

Building a website that represents your business goals and values takes some of your time. I have a process that we will work through to define your needs and provide me the information I need to build your website. Many clients find that weekly meetings with me help to clarify what each party needs to do each week, including defining content and providing content and design feedback. If weekly meetings aren’t your thing, we can work together through your project portal on Asana.
